To give each client the care they deserve, we only take one event per weekend. This makes our availability pretty limited!

We are currently looking to fill our 2026 calendar and have some 2027 bookings as well.

That is, in part, up to you! We completely understand our clients want a different level of involvement in the process. Some give us a color palette and leave creative control entirely in our hands, and some (especially those who love flowers as much as we do) enjoy getting to make some of the smaller decisions.

For weddings — once we gather a few details about your event, we will put together and walk you through a proposal. If you like the direction we’re headed, we’ll make it official with a contract.

We leave our final design consultation for 8-10 weeks before the wedding, as ideas may slightly change!

We offer delivery, on-site setup, flip (ceremony to reception), and teardown.

At Pearl Snap Floral, we are all-in on events, rather than being a retail shop that also does events.

The biggest difference this makes is the level of care each client gets. When we’re working on your event, YOU are all we’re worried about!

If specified in your contract, we will handle delivery, setup, on-site styling and tear down. That way, the venue team doesn’t have to manage florals or troubleshoot day-of. We like to work with venues to make sure we know their policies and the best way to protect floors, walls, etc.

We even like to communicate directly with photographers regarding photo timelines and detail shots.

It’s the little things like these that make a big difference with you being able to feel present and enjoy your event.
